I am looking for some guidance as I am still learning all the different rules around a private club. Is there somewhere I can get a copy of the "rules" for our club license. My Marketing Committee is pushing a "Corporate Membership", my understanding is this is not something we can do? Also, how does the advertising piece work, can we advertise to the general public as long as they become a member prior to attending advertised event? Where do I find the parameters/rules for this piece? The last thing I want to do is mess with our club status. There has got to be a rule book somewhere:-),
