Human Resources Contact for Employee Issues

Does anyone have a local Human resource company/contact that they use for the purpose of training their employees on issues like sexual harassment, improper behavior, etc?

What is your waiting list policy?
 
What is your policy if a Member at the top of the waiting list elects not to resign?
 
Have you ever taken legal action in regards to Members who elected to walk away from your club?  Yes or No.
 
Do you have a policy to allow Members to exit your club and be welcomed back as guests on your premises if they forfeit their equity and pay a lump sum?  Yes or No.
 
If Yes, what is your lump sum?
 
Do you allow Members who have walked away from your club back on the premises?  Yes or No.
